DEFINITIONS EXPLAINED
“You” refers to you, our client, who buys from us from us online.

1. AGREEMENT

2.YOUR PROFILE

This includes selecting the username and choosing a password. You will be asked for your
log in details each time you shop online with us. It remains your responsibility to handle
your log in details private not sharing them with anyone. Only authorized users may access
their online profile credentials. We take no liability for any damages or losses that you may
suffer from the unauthorized use of your profile.
3.PRICING AND GOODS
• All goods displayed are subject to availability. If any goods you ordered are not immediately
available or not available at all, we will let you know as soon as possible. Goods are available
for delivery in South Africa.
• Price: The stated prices on our website are stated in South African Rand and are only valid and
effective in South Africa.
• Display: we will do our best to display our goods accurately, specifically regarding their color,
description and price.
4.Orders
Your transaction will only be completed and you will become the owner of goods once we

we make use of courier services to deliver goods to you. We are not liable for any damage
suffered or any losses incurred arising out of any act or omission of the courier, its directors, employees,
sub-contractors, agents or representatives.
7. COLLECTON
• The person who collects the goods must have the original order confirmation, the original proof of purchase such as
the invoice and produce proof a form of identification. You and your representatives must inspect the goods when they are
collected and sign a collection slip, which will be proof that goods are damaged in anyway, you must notify immediately
and not take the goods, whether you, your third party transporter collects the goods.
8.STORAGE
• On request your goods can be stored in not more than 3days for free from the date of purchase. We are not responsible
for any loss or damage after the 3-day storage has expired. If you request for increment in storage days, kindly note that
you will be charged for storage and you will be charged per item.
9. RETURNS AND GENERAL WARRANTIES
• We do not welcome the idea of returning a product of your choice or willing to exchange for every reason other than
factory faults. We urge you to exercise your choices wiser.
• Should we accidentally deliver the wrong goods to you, or goods of missing parts, please do not remove any sticker or labels,
or remove the goods from its original packaging. Notify us immediately and we will collect the goods from you as soon as possible
if (Available), or issue you a refund using the similar method of original payment you originally used for the purchase.
HANDLING AND WARRANTY
1. No refund nor exchange of goods once purchased.
2. Warranty is given based on the type of product and the period it holds varies.
3. Warranty doesn’t cover for the following e.g. (drop the item inside water), (breaks), (viruses), (proof of purchase mishandled),
opening the device trying to, fix changed windows, operating systems or software purchased.

The Following Will Result In A Product Declared Warranty Being Null And Void:

by misuse, poor handling, Burn marks on the product,
modification or repair by any 3rd party |
Missing serial number or any other original labels |
Tampered or broken seals on any product. |
Items such as CPU's that have overheated due to incorrect
use of fan, over clocking -No exceptions will be made. |
Items such main boards that have been damaged by incorrect
use of Bios upgrades and over clocking and modifications and damaged Pins |
Items that have been mishandled, damaged due to Power surges,
"Brown outs" or struck by lightning will not be even be tested or booked in |
Items that have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way. |
Items such as hard disks, memory, processors and VGA cards etc, even if they are defective, if are not brought back in an antistatic bag or in their original packaging. . |
10. PAYMENT
• We take responsible steps to secure your payment information and we use a payment system that
sufficiently secure, with reference to accepted technological standards at the time of transaction
and the type of transaction concerned. transacting with us electronically including transacting and using your credit card on our website is safe and secure.
11. GENERAL
• We are entitled to amend the terms and conditions, at our sole discretion, from time to time.
We will notify you of any of changes to these terms.
